Life gets crazy this time of year!
I’ve heard it described as being “fish-food”. That is, there you are floating on top of your world and everyone and thing is coming at you — each wanting a piece of you — a bite here, a bite there. Before you know it, you are feeling devoured, depleted, and depressed!
My advice is attempt to take at least one moment each day and pause from the chaos of trying to get everything done; reflect, give thanks, and appreciate the people and the opportunities you have in life. It’s the only way to thrive when people are pulling you in all directions. Then you shall have a blessed season.
To that end, let me encourage you to attend our Calming Service Nov. 30 (Sunday night). It will help those of us who struggle to be still, who need some quiet time, and who want some peace in our lives.
